Rykard

Since leaving school Rykard has been a keen member at Beefs gym and has worked as a highly valued part of the team, at both Beefs Gym and Beefs and Babes Gym since 2010. 

He started his sporting career in Amateur Boxing, and progressed into the modeling world, working with clients such  as Loreal and editorials internationally including Ella France. You may also have seen him struck his stuff on the London catwalk.
Rykard  lives training the "natural way" and will be entering the :
"Natural Muscle Mania Fitness Britain" competion later this year.

He specializing in getting people in to the best shape they can the Natural way! so if you want to shred the fat and get that model body he is your man.
